A waterfront mixed-use development in Nan’an’s Tanzishi district, co-developed by China Merchants Shekou and Hongkong Land at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers. Spanning about 505 mu and 1.5 million sqm, it combines housing, offices, retail and cultural tourism: Landmark Riverside Park opened its first phase in September 2016 and its second in 2018, paired with the restored Tanzishi Old Street.
