Wanhua Group’s first development outside Chengdu following Luxelakes, set along the Jialing River in the Yuelai area of Liangjiang New Area. Spanning roughly 3,500 mu with more than 60% of the land wrapping around Lu Creek Lake, it is an ultra-low-density park community built on a “half park, half residence” idea, with landscaping by WTD and others.
