New Hope Group’s first self-operated development in Chongqing, on Yangjiaping Main Street in Jiulongpo — a high-rise residential project under the “Skyline” line, covering roughly 63,000 sqm at a plot ratio of about 2.9. Its Linglong Terrace cluster was delivered in 2024, with landscaping by BLUES and a signature diamond-faceted curved glass facade.
