Co-developed by China Resources Land and Hongkong Land on Jianxin North Road in Jiangbei, near the Guanyinqiao business district, Eternal Land pairs architecture by ZEN Design with landscape by JTL and interiors by Haili and Li Yizhong Design. Its first phase was delivered at the end of 2024; with annual sales exceeding 3.7 billion yuan, it topped Chongqing’s central-district residential sales that year.
